Tropical Edibles Nursery offers edible plants, including fruit and nut trees, herbs, vegetables, and culturally useful plants. Beyond our stock on site we enable access to a wide network of suppliers and can find any plant you want. We seek to increase locally grown food and become an ag tourist destination.

Facilities and services

We offer education and resources to expand your knowledge, help you grow and process your own food, and add to your farm income. Besides our hoop house we feature a classroom, drying deck, special kitchen facilities, and retail space where you can present and sell value-added products. Get a tasty tour of herbs in our edible plant garden, pick your own salad for dinner, then relax in our meditation garden.

Years ago YouTuber John Kohler visited our nursery. He is the founder of www.living-foods.com, a website dedicated to spreading the truth about raw foods. John travels the United States looking for edible nurseries to write blogs about (Learn Organic Gardening at Growingyourgreens.com).
